Fish landed the same morning, lamb from the mountain villages, and olive oil pressed a few kilometres inland.
Myli sits on the old mill road in Platania, five minutes from the beach. The dining room is small and the terrace is large, shaded by vines that have been here longer than the restaurant. We cook what the market gives us: whole fish on the grill, kleftiko out of the oven at eight, vegetables from the plot behind the kitchen.
Everything is made in-house except the bread, which comes from the bakery two doors down. There is no set closing time for the terrace.
